New Chairman of the Board and CEO of Cellda AB At the annual general meeting, Sören Nygren was appointed as the new Chairman of the Board thus replaces Erik Forsberg, who remains as member of the Board. The Board has appointed Sören Nygren as the new CEO of Cellda AB.
